LG has launched a new monitor in 27-inch called the Ergo monitor. The new offering expands LG’s range of products in the monitor segment. LG already has Ergo monitor in the size 32-inches which it launched at CES 2020 alongside the 38-inch UltraWide Curved QHD+ monitor.
The new 27-inch Ergo monitor by LG has a 75Hz refresh rate, higher than what is present on the 32-inch. The screen of the new Ergo monitor provides a 178-degree viewing angle. It comes with AMD Radeon FreeSync, HDR10, and 99% of the sRGB color-space. It features a USB-C port that supports 60W Power Delivery, 2HDMI ports, a DisplayPort, and dual downstream USBs.
LG Ergo features a 27-inch IPS QHD display with 2560x1440 pixels resolution. The main highlight of the 27-inch Ergo monitor is its ergonomic stand that lets you adjust the monitor to any direction for your comfort. The stand comes with a C-clamp attachment that clasps to your desk for a strong grip.
The stand can prove to be very useful for gaming users who spend a lot of time streaming and playing. The stand helps gamers to adjust to different view angles as per their choice and avoid body aches that happen due to hours of gameplay. You can extend or swivel the monitor with the help of the stand. You can either move it to your eye-level or lowered it to the desk. You can also adjust it to a perfect height, distance, and angle for a perfect view. LG touts the stand features a one-click mount for an easy installation.
You can enjoy the smooth transitions in the games, thanks to the 75Hz refresh rate, higher than 60Hz present on the larger model.
