06 July 2020 0

Sony showcased the PlayStation 5 alongside accessories, and game trailers last month. Now, it appears to be gearing up to introduce the new console to the Indian users as well. Playstation 5 is listed on Flipkart and Amazon.in, the two Indian e-commerce giants, suggesting that Sony may soon showcase it in the country.

The teaser page of the PlayStation 5 does not show at which price the console will launch or when exactly it will launch in the country, but it does mention “late 2020,” suggesting the console will launch in the latter half of this year in India.

The teaser page, though, clearly mentions the features of the console, its accessories, and compatible games. As officially showcased, the PlayStation 5 will come with a Pulse 3D wireless headset, a media remote, HD Camera, and DualSense charging station that can charge two DualSense wireless controllers simultaneously without having to connect them to your PlayStation console.

Both the teaser pages on the respective e-commerce giants confirm the PlayStation 5 games, which include Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Horizon Forbidden West, Gran Turismo 7, Demon’s Souls, Sackboy A Big Adventure, Destruction AllStars and Returnal.

Both the teaser pages include the digital and standard editions of the PlayStation 5, implying both the models will be sold in the country.

After the introduction to the hardware design of the PlayStation 5, Sony gave a glimpse of its UI and UX elements as a teaser. VP of OX Design at PlayStation also shared some interesting PlayStation 5 software details and said it to be complete 100% overhaul of the PS4 UI.

In related stories, Sony may also bring the Black colored PlayStation whenever it makes the console available for purchase.
