HTC U12+ is the company’s flagship that first got seen at Geekbench back in May and since then, the device has been compared with the top contenders like Galaxy S9+ and more. Now the Taiwanese tech giant has rolled out a limited version of the device just for Taiwanese consumer base, that is called HTC U12+ Mayday limited edition which separates itself from the normal variant in the couple of heads.

The limited edition smartphone only comes in Black color with a Mayday logo on the rear side of the phone, in addition to featuring Mayday theme, Mayday MP3 ringtone along with Mayday cross-body tag that is part of the box. Likewise, the box also includes unlimited party towel that is placed within the gift box.
When it comes to specifications, the device features similar internals like 6-inch Super LCD screen with no notch on the top, Quad HD+ resolution of 2,890 x 1440 pixels. Apart from that, the device offers 18:9 aspect ratio and HDR 10 support.
When it comes to video recording, the device offers stunning 4K footage at 60fps while 1080p slow-mo at 240fps. The device offers 3500mAh battery. When it comes to pricing, U12+ Mayday would be roughly available for $815.

A limited edition only for Taiwan... For the home market?
Hmm... HTC is a Taiwanese consumer electronics company. Naturally, they will give preference to the local market first :D
