With just two days left to go for the unveiling of its 'U' series, HTC is a bit of a rumble as the specs for its U Play device has leaked over the Internet.
The mid-range device comes next in line after the company's new flagship model the HTC U Ultra just as we expected the company to release the U Play as the flagship's miniature.
The HTC Alpine comes with a decent set of specifications powered by the Mediatek MT6755 processor. It's rumored to sport a 5.2 inch full HD 1080p display with 16MP shooters on both the rear and front ends, enhancing the quality of a selfies one clicks on the phone. With 3 gigs of RAM and 32 gigs of internal storage, the phone does an okay job when put to normal day-to-day usage and the handset also comes with a fingerprint sensor which has been a utility in every device as of late.
The only downside to all this is the fact that it's the only backup up by 2,500 mAh battery which is poor even by the standard of previous generation smartphones. But let's just hope not all of this is true and that HTC has packed a surprising set of goodies in the bag.
