Huawei pushes Honor Magic 2 into mass production, featuring AI and sliding camera

We have been hearing about the Honor Magic 2 since last year and the popular Chinese smartphone giant has finally teased the smartphone at IFA 2018 with HiSilicon Kirin 980 SoC in addition to few AI features. It’s expected that Huawei might launch the phone on 13th December. In the renders seen online earlier, the phone would feature a frameless display having the new scroll technology that reveals the front camera. All these features were shared by the president of Honor brand, Zhao Ming.

It’s expected that Honor Magic 2 might take Honor 7is concept features like an improved camera that supports AI, fast charging support via quick charger 40W. Now, in the latest development. the company has pushed the phone into mass production while preparing for the launch in China that could take place within a few months, though there is no launch date finalized neither is the price.

Honor Magic 2 seems to be pretty close to the Oppo Find X when it comes to the design language. Looking at the latest render, the phone is pretty much all display with thin bezels. Are you excited about this phone? Let us know in the comment section below.
