The LG V40 is set to launch on 3rd October and the phone is said to be coming in multiple variants. One variant LM-V405N has been recently spotted on Weibo revealing its key specifications.
What seems like an image of a product manual of the upcoming LG flagship, it suggests that the phone may come with a 6.4-inches QHD+ display with 3120*1440 pixels. As we know from the previous leaks, the phone may sport a notch display and may be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC coupled with 8GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage. Another variant may feature 6GB of RAM.
In terms of optics, the LG V40 is touted to feature a triple rear camera, however, the leaked document suggests a dual rear camera setup with 16-megapixel and 12-megapixel sensors at the back. On the front, the phone is said to feature a dual camera setup with 8-megapixel and 5-megapixel sensors. The leak suggests a 3340 mAh battery.
Since this leak does not concur accurately with the previous leaks, we suggest waiting for the official launch happening soon.

The LG V40 ThinQ has appeared in a new render leak corroborating previous claims sporting a notched display. The latest leak has been shared by folks over at MySmartPrice which were also behind a previous leak detailing design, specs, and features. As for the new leak, it only shows the LG V40 ThinQ front panel render.
The first thing that you will notice in the render is the big notch at the top. It is not among the biggest ones we have seen so far but is big enough to notice. It will be housing the front camera and some sensors for sure. The display appears to be taller which means we might get to see 19.5:9 aspect ratio which has started to become a trend.
Other than the notch, the highlighting feature of the LG V40 ThinQ is said to be the presence of five cameras. There are three cameras on the back panel and two of them on the front panel. This will make it only the second smartphone in the market to offer a triple camera setup which is something only the Huawei P20 Pro offers as of now.
LG has already confirmed that it will be launching the LG V40 ThinQ at an event scheduled for October 3rd. In the teaser video, it showed focus on camera features which means LG will be focusing on the same during the event.
