LG has a new lineup of soundbars that are getting showcased at the CES 2020 event. LG touts these soundbars have premium quality audio, easy connectivity, and smart functionality, all fitted in a sleek design that is perfect to complement your living area. The premium sound quality is possible through the long-lasting partnership with Meridian Audio.
The new soundbars from the 2020 range feature the company’s finely-tuned technologies such as Bass and Space, which boosts low-frequency reproduction. The majority of them support Dolby Atmos and DTSX for dynamic and thoroughly immersive audio.
The premium soundbars of this lineup now feature AI Room Calibration and as the name would have suggested you, they tailor the output to the specific characteristics of the room. These models can recognize and analyze tones to accurately assess the dimensions of a given space and adjust accordingly. And together with Dolby Atmos or DTS-X, the output production is great.
The new family of LG soundbars SN11RG, SN10YG, SN9YG, and SN8YG offer 4K Pass-Through and more cinema-like audio with the optional SPK8 Wireless Rear Speaker Kit. They have Google Assistant built into more models for 2020. Compatible smart home devices can be controlled from the LG soundbar.
SN11RG stays on the top with wireless rear speakers that can also project sound up for a true 3D effect.
Easy connectivity is also one of the touted traits of the soundbars. LG says the enhanced audio return channel (eARC) allows users easy connectivity. Users can connect their external devices directly into their eARC compatible TVs.
Call it the prelaunch, so there aren’t any pricing or shipping details on the same. We may get to learn about them at the CES 2020 event which is scheduled to happen on January 7.
