Samsung Galaxy M30 specifications leak reveals Exynos 7904 SoC

The Samsung Galaxy M30 is the next in line in Samsung’s newly introduced Galaxy M lineup of smartphones. The specifications of the smartphone have been leaked even before its official launch. The leak surfaced as a tweet on Twitter, made by Sudhanshu Ambhore, a contributor to SlashLeaks. This isn’t the first time that the device has been leaked. Late last year, a leaked Geekbench score of the smartphone cropped up online. However, this is the very first-time detailed specifications of the Galaxy M30 have made its way online.

According to this leak, the device will feature a 6.38-inch screen with a display resolution of 1080x2220 pixels. Powering the Galaxy M30 is an Exynos chipset, the Exynos 7904 SoC. The Exynos 7904 SoC consists of an octa-core CPU. Paired with this is 4GB of LPDDR4 RAM. The Exynos 7904 is the same chipset which lies at the heart of the Galaxy M20 smartphone. Rumour has it that the Galaxy M30 smartphone will feature a triple rear camera setup of 13MP + 5MP + 5MP. Juicing this beastly smartphone is a 5,000mAh battery. The device is expected to have a gradient finish and will be available in two colour variants: Black and Blue.

Unfortunately, all of this is based on pure speculation and should be taken with a grain of salt, However, if this turns out to be true, the Galaxy M30 could possibly be a contender in the 2019 smartphone market.
