Galaxy S10 expected to reach 20M units sold in first half of 2019

13 March 2019 3

While smartphone shipments are expected to drop third consecutive year while 5G smartphones are expected to drive in more shipments. Samsung had a huge blast with their recently launched flagship i.e Galaxy S10 and experts are placing it quite high in terms of sales to be expected. A recently surfaced report shared how Samsung could expect 45 million Galaxy S10 shipments in 2019.

Now another report suggests considering an amazing start of the smartphone, that Galaxy S10 could reach 20 million units sold mark by the first half of 2019. While this figuring is not quite high from last year’s 19.2 million for Galaxy S9, it would be quite applaudable knowing how the smartphone market is experiencing a fatigue situation already.

It’s interesting to see how Samsung will do with Galaxy S10 knowing the drop in sales for Apple year-on-year. While the demand for Galaxy S10 has shown a great start, we would wait and see if the flagship is able to maintain the demand in times to come.
