Redmi Note 7 Series crosses 4 million-unit sales in China

02 April 2019 3

The Redmi Note 7 series consisting of the Redmi Note 7 and Redmi Note 7 Pro has received a tremendous response from a large audience. The devices were first launched in India and then unveiled in China the next day. The Redmi Note 7 and Note 7 Pro have crossed the 4 million sales mark in China. This is certainly a milestone for the company in 2019.

The President and Co-Founder of Xiaomi, Wang Chuan, took to Weibo to share the good news with the world. Wang also thanked its fans for supporting the devices and claims that the company expects to see the devices surpass the 10 million sale mark by the end of April. The company is raising the bar and forcing other manufacturers to either drop prices or offer phones with close to high-end specifications at affordable prices. The Redmi Note 7 and Note 7 Pro are not just the trendsetters but are also currently two of the best bang-for-buck smartphones.

The Redmi Note 7 Pro is the bigger brother and comes with a slight bump in specifications over its younger brother. The major difference is a better processor and even a better rear-facing camera. Apart from this most of the features and specifications remain more or less the same. Both smartphones run on MIUI 10 based on Android Pie 9.0.
