The Sega Genesis Mini will be based on the original Sega Genesis and not the second version which followed the original towards the end of its lifespan. Included in the box are the console itself, two replica three-button USB controllers, one USB to Micro-B power cable, and one HDMI cable. Customers in the U.S are lucky as they will get a power cable included in the box as well. Lately, Nintendo has been re-releasing a lot of older consoles as mini versions. This trend started with the NES Classic and continued with the SNES Classic.
