Instagram adds new ways to reply to specific photos and posts

18 August 2017 4

Instagram has today announced some new ways to improve your conversation with your friends. You can now reply with a photo or a video to specific photos and posts. These new additions are available via new update rolled out today for its iOS and Android apps.

Now, you can reply with a photo or video to specific photos. Further, your message will automatically include a sticker. Simply hit the "Reply" button on a message. Camera will open and you can create a photo or take a selfie to be send.

Instagram has also added another option which lets you send a split-screen reply by simply tapping on the sticker. It gets even more exciting as you can now add your own view by drawing on the sticker. When tapped, the sticker will appear at the top of the screen and your own photo will appear at the bottom of the screen.

The new features are being rolled out today via an update which carries the version no. 10.34. You can grab these updates immediately from the App Store.
