Matching up to the likes of its major competitor Xiaomi’s MIJIA sub-brand, Meizu seems to already have its own crowdfunding platform which has a whole different range of gadgets that we might not have heard of, yet. The newest one in the bag of newbies at this crowdfunding platform is the company’s take on waterproof bags.
Apparently, Meizu has brought in a travel bag with the most minimalistic design made together with a single piece of cloth. This means that you won’t find a single line of stitching on the bag except for the zipper and the handle.
The Meizu travel bag is made with the help of Oxford clothing material with a PVC plastic base and all of the bag is covered by a waterproof and scratch resistant coating and could be cleaned without worries over whether it’d fade. Along with the handle, the travel bag also makes use of a drawbar box and a metal fastener.
All in all, the Meizu travel bag measures 66.5x39.5x19 cm and weighs in at a mere 0.8 kg which makes it lighter than carrying a water bottle. This doesn’t mean the bag is inadequate of carrying your stuff around as you can pack in an equivalent of 38L which is quite large.
The Meizu travel bag would roughly cost you $28 and is initially available on Jingdong Finance for crowdfunding and might ship within the next 30 days if it manages to sell 50,000 pieces before June 16th.
