Microsoft hinted towards a 'modern OS' offering cloud connected experience

31 May 2019 2

Tech giant Microsoft is known for Windows OS though it seems that the company has something exciting under works. In the recently ongoing Computex tech event going on in Taipei, Taiwan, the company hinted towards a new OS under works. Microsoft’s Vice President of Consumer and Device sales, Nick Parker shared how Microsoft holds ambitious plans for the future operating system under works though there was no mention of Windows Lite.

He continued hinting towards ‘a modern OS’ with references to cloud-connected experience, AI and multi-sense technologies. We could expect the upcoming OS from Microsoft to offer modern input methods like pen, touch, voice and interestingly ‘gaze’.

Likewise, the cognitive recognition experience would allow the users to mirror their Android smartphone’s display on their PCs while using the mouse and keyboard devices to interact with the apps installed on their Android smartphone over LTE or Wi-Fi connectivity. Are you excited for any of such OS that might be under works from the company? Let us know in the comment section below.
