Outlook for Windows desktop app brings inking feature for digital signing

03 June 2019 0

Tech giant Microsoft continues to bring new improvements and features to Outlook app for Windows and mobile platforms. Just recently, the outlook app for Android got updated with revamped UI in addition to booking a conference room much easier.

Now in the latest development, Microsoft rolled out Insider Fast build for Windows desktop-based Outlook app. The update introduces inking support in the app allowing the users to digitally sign the documents or finger to ink feature in the emails.

Interferingly, we get some cool ink effects like Rainbow Pen and Galaxy Pen that are made available. In case you’re interested, the feature would be handy for touch-enabled devices where users could find it in the draw tab in the app. In case you’re not using a touch-enabled device, you can go to customize ribbon option and bring the draw tab forward.

You can download the new insider build today and try it for your self.
