Motorola One Power appears in new leak showing renders and specs

24 August 2018 3

The Motorola One series of smartphones has been appearing in leaks and rumors for quite a long time. There are said to be two devices in the series named Motorola One and Motorola One Power. The naming system suggests a bigger battery for the latter model and now, there is a new leak revealing fresh renders and detailed specifications of the smartphone.

Starting with the design, the Motorola One Power render shows a notch design for the front panel. The presence of the notch is not surprising considering the current trend and that Motorola P30 is already a Moto phone with the notch. On the back side, one can see the vertically aligned dual camera setup and a fingerprint scanner in the center.

In terms of the spec sheet, it would sport a 6.18-inch Full HD+ display with a 19:9 aspect ratio. It will have the Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor coupled with 3GB or 4GB of RAM. There will be 32GB and 64GB storage to get you started but will also support for microSD card for more. The rear camera will be a 12-megapixel and 5-megapixel dual camera setup and on the front, it will have a 12-megapixel camera. Both shooters will support portrait mode shots.

There will be a huge 5000mAh battery to keep the lights on with fast charging support. It will have USB Type-C port and will most likely run Android 8.1 Oreo. This is pretty much what the latest Motorola One Power leak has revealed about the device. The details regarding price and availability are still unknown but we will keep you updated.

The word "One" in the phone name, for some reason, always gives me an impression that it's an Android One device. And every time then I check the RAM... LOL... :D
