Moto G7 Plus real-life images confirm 27W Turbo power charging; Prices leaked

The Lenovo owned Motorola is gearing to announce the next gen of G-series phones. From what we know so far Motorola will be unveiling G7, G7 Plus, G7 Power and G7 Play in a dedicated event on February 7 in Brazil. Today ahead of official unveiling the G7 Plus hands-on images appeared online which confirms the design and few hardware details.

The hands-on images exclusively shared by the Brazilian publication TudoCellular. The images reveal the G7 Plus red color variant and packaging. As rumored the G7 Plus comes with a dewdrop notch at the top of the display. The chassis is made up of aluminum with glass covering the rear side. The rear side has dual cameras enclosed in a circle with LED flashlight.

The fingerprint scanner is once again on the rear in the center embedded in the Motorola's batwing M logo. The display sticker also confirms the key hardware specs of G7 Plus. One of the new info is the G7 Plus comes with 27W TurboPower fast charging.

As far as other hardware specs are a concern the G7 Plus is featuring a 6.2-inches display panel with Full HD+ screen resolution of 1080 x 2270 pixels. The Qualcomm's Octa-core chipset is powering the phone with max clocking at 1.8Ghz. Most likely the chipset will be Snapdragon 636 SoC.

The Octa-core chipset has 4GB RAM with 64GB native storage. A 3,000mAh battery is on board to keep its lights on. The G7 Plus comes with dual rear cameras, the primary rear snapper is 16MP with f/1.7 aperture whereas the secondary sensor is a 5MP module with f/2.2 aperture. Both the sensor have optical image stabilization. The front-facing selfie snapper is 8MP with f/2.2 aperture. The device dimensions are 157 x 75.3 x 8.27 mm. For connectivity, it comes with USB-C slot and Bluetooth 5.0.

Apart from the hands-on images of G7 Plus, the tipster Ishan Agarwal reveal details regarding the pricing of G7 and G7 Plus in Europe. The Moto G7 base model will be available at 300 Euros ($342). The Moto G7 Plus will be slightly more expensive at 360 Euros ($411). He earlier revealed the pricing of G7 Power will be 209 Euros ($238). The Moto G7 Play will be cheapest amongst all at 149 Euros ($170).

I guess it might only be Motorola that brings its rear fingerprint sensor in the batwing M logo. These scanners to the rear are without such logos for mostly all other brands.
