Motorola is yet to make any official announcement regarding Moto Z4 and there have already been various leaks and rumors. But what has just happened is beyond the weirdest imaginations of anyone. Amazon not only accidentally listed Moto Z4 on its website but also shipped and delivered it to one of the buyers who went on to post a hands-on video as well as camera samples.
A Reddit user JETFIRE007 was one of the early ones to spot the Moto Z4 Amazon listing with the option to place an order. He went ahead and booked the phone and as anyone is surprised, he felt the same way when he actually received the yet-to-get-official smartphone at his doorstep. To make things a little more interesting, he ordered Moto Z4 bundle with the 360-degree camera mod and he received both of the products. But as you would expect, the listing has been removed now.
As per his initial impressions, the Moto Z4 seems like a good smartphone, especially when compared with the predecessor Moto Z3. The build quality is said to be good and similarly, the camera performance is said to be quite good. You can check out the camera samples below.
As for specifications, the Amazon listing revealed everything in full detail. The Moto Z4 sports a 6.3-inch Full HD+ OLED FullVision display with a small waterdrop notch. Under the hood, it has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 processor coupled with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It has a 48-megapixel rear camera with Pixel binning support and a 25-megapixel camera on the front.
The whole package is powered by a 3,600mAh battery with 15W fast charging. There is an in-display fingerprint scanner, P2i splash-proof nano-coating, and Moto Mods support. On the software front, it is running Android 9.0 Pie right out of the box.
