Motorola has officially launched the Motorola P50 smartphone in China. As expected, it is the rebranded Motorola One Vision meant for the Chinese market. There are no differences in the specifications and design except for the software skin. The Chinese variant ships with ZUI skin instead of the stock Android.
The Motorola P5O sports a 6.3-inch Full HD+ (2520 x 1080 pixels) punch-hole display with a 21:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, it has an octa-core Exynos 9609 processor coupled with 6GB of RAM. It has been released with 128GB internal storage with support for microSD cards for storage expansion.
In the camera department, it has been packed with a 48-megapixel and 5-megapixel dual rear camera setup with f/1.7 aperture and optical image stabilization. There is a 25-megapixel punch-hole selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture. The whole package is powered by a 3500mAh battery with 15W fast charging support. On the software front, it will be running ZUI based on Android 9 Pie out of the box.
The Motorola P50 has been priced at CNY 2,499 (about $363) which is for the 6GB/128GB configuration. It has been released in Blue and Bronze color variants. It will go on preorders starting July 15th with sales kicking off July 20th in China.
