Motorola launches second generation Moto 360 in India sans customization

02 December 2015 0

The new Moto 360 second generation model has now been launched in the Indian market by Motorola. The new device will become available in 42mm and 46mm variants. There will be several color as well as material options to choose from both for the watch and band according to your taste.

However, the downside of the device is that users will be stranded without the ability of customizing the Moto 360 for the reason that there’s no Moto Maker in the country by far.

There are understandably more improvements in this second generation model than the first generation model. The new watch will come with a new design along with a regular lug design that simplifies changing the bands. There will also be a repositioned crown for preventing any pressure exerted on the watch by chance.

Other enhancements include faster and more competent Snapdragon 400 processor and improved high resolution than before. The new Moto 360 now gets a bigger battery offering a backup of a couple of days on the bigger 46mm model and about one and a half day on 42mm model.

The Moto 360 has become available exclusively on Myntra and Flipkart starting from December 1 at 7:30PM IST. For the base model, the price will start INR 19,999 that translates to nearly $300.
