Galaxy J7 2016

Samsung must be busy in preparing the 2018 Galaxy A and Galaxy J series, well those trails of traces are enough to pour a good hint at us. Thanks to the early spotting of these devices at Geekbench, we now have an idea what Samsung could bring to the table or what it must be planning inside. However, we are yet to gather much about them and since we are still in the early journey of collecting leaks about these two series, we can tell you only a little.

Till now, we were only aware of Galaxy J4, J6, J3, J8, and J8+ devices, well thanks to the Geekbench listing, the same for the Galaxy J7 did surface online, though. The model number spotted at Geekbench was SM-J737P and it’s different to the one spotted in the FCC (Federal Communications Commision) listing.

This alleged device has supposedly passed through FCC too. The device in question could be Galaxy J7 (2018) as the model number SM-J720F implies. The listing reveals the dimensions of the device which don't deliver anything meaty to us. According to the listing, the Galaxy J7 (2018) will feature around 5.6-inch display with 153mmx76mm dimensions.

The listing, however, also tells which LTE bands the alleged Galaxy J7 (2018) is going to support. These are FDD Band 5, Band 7, Band 38, and Band 41. The device is going to support Bluetooth 5.0.
