Xiaomi has silently launched the Mi TV 4S in China with enhanced features. The new Mi TV 4S comes with a 55-inch IPS LCD 4K display with HDR content playback compatibility. This TV is actually an upgrade over the MI TV 4 and comes with an AI voice assistant along with Bluetooth remote for an easier operation. The TV offers a more premium metal frame design.
One of the main features of this TV is that it 8-watt stereo speakers with support for DTS and Dolby Audio. The TV includes three HDMI ports, Bluetooth as well as Wi-Fi connectivity. The panel features direct backlighting, 60Hz refresh rate, and 8ms response time.
The Mi TV 4S includes a microphone with the help of which you can use voice commands not only for TV functions. It runs Android-based PatchWall UI, which is AI-based and it curates recommendations based on the users’ behavior or preferences. PatchWall offers long hours of content via several partners. PatchWall suggests content from both online and offline directories.
Xiaomi has used the quad-core Amlogic processor inside the TV, which is paired with 2GB RAM (more from Mi TV 4A) and an 8GB internal storage.

The Mi TV 4S 55-inch is priced at CNY 2,999. Xiaomi has also started accepting the pre-registration for the sale of Mi TV 4S 55-inch in the country. It will go on sale on Mi.com in China during Mi Fan Festival sale on April 3rd.
