11 April 2018 2

Along with the new Pavilion Gaming devices, HP has also revealed a refreshed line of 360-degree convertible HP X360 notebooks. The new notebook not only features the Intel’s 8th generation Core processors but only includes HP’s Fast Charge technology, which helps the battery jump from 0 to 50-percent in just 45 minutes.

The HP Pavilion x360 is available in two screen options – 14-inch and 15-inch. The two display options feature two discrete GPUs – NVIDIA MX130 and AMD Radeon 530 respectively. The company has shrunk the bezels on the left and right sides from 12.7 millimeters to just 6.5 millimeters. The new gadgets also have a slight aesthetic uplift with a geometric speaker grill and chrome-plated hinges. Let’s take a quick look at the prices of the models

  • 14-inch, Core i3, 8GB RAM, 500GB HDD, 1366 x 768p touchscreen: $499
  • 14-inch, Core i5, 8GB RAM, 128GB SSD, 1920 x 1080p touchscreen: $729
  • 15-inch, Core i5-8250U, 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD, 1920 x 1080p touchscreen: $759

HP is also selling a premium model of the 14-inch x360 that sports a unibody metal keyboard deck chassis with a fingerprint reader on the side. The model costs $749. The notebooks are available in three color options – Natural Silver, Pale Gold, and Sapphire Blue.
