Vivo confirms X23 launch on September 6

The Vivo X23 rumors are gaining momentum and with each passing day, we have something new and exciting regarding the device. We have seen device number of times in leaks and hands-on images. The company also released a number of teasers in past few days. Finally today the company officially confirmed the X23 will go official on September 6. It is also important to mention that Vivo V11 Pro is also set to be announced on September 6 in India. Now there are fair chances both are the same devices with a different moniker for different regions.

From what we know so far the Vivo X23 will have 4th gen in-glass fingerprint scanner which makes it one of its kind smartphone. The company stated the X23 under-glass scanner is even more secure than the Nex S.

The X23 will be the successor device of X21, it will have an even thinner notch at the top of the display for selfie camera. As per Geekbench listing, the device is running on the Snapdragon 710 SoC with 8GB RAM. A recent Chinese benchmark site listing suggests the Snapdragon 670 SoC with 6GB RAM. The display aspect ratio will be 19.5:9. The dual rear cameras will be 12MP+5MP with AI features.
