Wiko debuts View2 Go, View2 Plus and Harry2 smartphones at IFA 2018

Wiko took the IFA stage to showcase three new smartphones including View2 Go, View2 Plus, and Harry2. All the smartphones fall into the mid-range category. So if you are looking for a new mid-range smartphone, let's have a look at all of them in detail. Starting with the View2 Go, View2 Plus.


Wiko View2 Go and View2 Plus

Back at MWC 2018 Wiko announced two View lineup smartphones including View 2 and View 2 Pro and at the IFA, the company brought two new View 2 series smartphones. Despite the fact both are budget-friendly smartphones, still, both are featuring a full front-facing display with a 19:9 aspect ratio.

The View 2 Go rear shell looks like a mirror. Both the View2 smartphones will be available in Supernova, Anthracite, Cherry Red and Deep Bleen colors. Under the hood, an Octa-core Snapdragon processor is powering both the devices. The View2 Go has 3GB RAM whereas the View2 Plus comes with 4GB RAM. The battery cell on both the devices is 4,000mAH.

The first prominent difference between the devices is rear cameras. The View2 Go features a single 12MP sensor on the rear side whereas the Plus variant has dual Sony IMX 486 12MP sensors. The cameras are AI tuned to enhance your photography experience.

The selfie camera on the View2 Go is 5MP sensor whereas the selfie snapper on the View2 Plus is 8MP. The View2 Go has facial recognition as the only security feature, On the other hand, the View2 Plus has a fingerprint scanner on the rear as well as facial recognition. As OS both the devices are pre-installed with the Android Oreo. Last but not the least both have a notch at the top of the display.

Wiko Harry 2

The Harry2 is now the company's latest entry-level offering. It sports a 5.45-inches display with HD+ screen resolution. A quad-core SoC is powering the device with max clocking at 1.3Ghz and 2GB RAM. The device native storage is 16GB. A 2,900mAh battery cell is on board to keep its lights. The primary rear camera is 13MP with f/2.0 aperture.

The Harry2 features metallic finish with a matte effect. As far as colors are a concern, it will be available in Cherry Red, Gold, Anthracite and Bleen. It has facial recognition as a primary security feature.
