Huawei Maimang 7 with Kirin 710 SoC, notch design to launch on Sept 12 in China

Huawei has officially confirmed the launch of the Maimang 7 smartphone on September 12 in China. The new smartphone is the successor to the Maimang 6 a mid-range smartphone which was launched last year in September.

The Chinese smartphone maker has recently launched new smartphones under its Honor brand as well, called the Honor 8X, Honor 8X Max and Mate 20 Lite, which is a part of its flagship Mate 20 line-up, and is now available for sale in China.

The Maimang 7 is a mid-range smartphone which is expected to be sold only in China. The latest teaser posted by the company shows the new design and features of this device which reveals a glass body, with an aluminium frame. The phone will have a rear dual-camera setup, with a notch at the front, and will be available in a Blue colour. The phone is expected to come with a rear fingerprint sensor, and a 6.3-inch Full HD+ display. The phone will go on sale a little later this month and will be available in other colour variants also. The device is expected to be priced around CNY 2,999. We will know the official specifications and pricing in a few days’ time!
