The pricing and pre-order details of the Huawei Matebook 13 are now out. The Huawei MateBook 13 i5/8GB/256GB variant is priced at 4999 yuan ($725), the i5/8GB/256GB/discrete graphics costs 5399 yuan ($783), the i5/8GB/512GB comes at 5699 yuan ($826), and the i7/8GB/512GB/discrete graphics is 6399 yuan ($927).
The pre-orders will start on December 25 and shipping starts on January 1 in China.

Huawei has announced its new MateBook 13 at an event in China. The notebook features a full-screen design and it has a new design which is forged from an aluminum alloy ceramic sandblasting process. Also, the chamfered CNC cutting design gives this notebook a premium appearance.
The Huawei MateBook 13 features a 13-inch IPS screen with a resolution of 2160x1440 pixels resolution. It has a screen ratio of 3:2 covering 100% sRGB color gamut.
It’s the first Huawei’s notebook to support Huawei Share 3.0 technology. This tech debuted on Mate 20 series and can transfer up to 1000 photos to your notebook in 2 seconds. Huawei Share 3.0 technology is an NFC-based feature that is used by Huawei mobile phones equipped with NFC chips and EMUI 9.0 systems.
The notebook is 4.4mm thin and it has 88% screen-to-body ratio. The MateBook is powered by an 8th Gen Intel Core i5-826U with UHD620 graphics or an 8th Gen Core i5-8560U with NVIDIA MX150 graphics.
It comes with a 42 mW battery and includes USB-C port with a 3.5mm headphone jack on the right side. There’s a fingerprint scanner which is embedded onto the power button. It equips Huawei’s Shark Fin Fan 2.0 technology allowing the device to stay cool with two fans and there are also two heat pipes to dissipate the heat from the inside.
The price of the Huawei MatebBook 13 is yet to be disclosed and it will go for pre-orders during December 2018.
