Vivo Y95 with 4030 mAh battery and Snapdragon 439 goes official

Just a day after the Vivo Y95 was revealed in all its glory the phone has been made official in the Philippines. The Vivo Y95 is more or less the same as the Vivo Y93 with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.

The Vivo Y95 comes with a 6.22-inches HD+ display which comes with a water drop notch and a resolution of 720 x 1520 pixels and 88.6 percent screen-to-body ratio. The phone is powered by a Snapdragon 439 SoC coupled with Adreno 505 GPU and comes with 4GB RAM along with 64GB storage expandable via a micro SD card.


Talking about the optics, the Vivo Y95 has vertically aligned dual rear camera setup with a 13-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor. There is a 20-megapixel front-facing camera as well. The rear camera is AI enabled which can optimize up to 140 scenes automatically.

The Vivo Y95 runs on Funtouch 4.0 on top of Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box and comes with regular connectivity options like WiFi, 4G LTE, Bluetooth, OTG, GM Radio, GPS, GLONASS, BeiDuo and dual SIM slots. It is powered by a 4030 mAh battery and comes with a fingerprint sensor at the back along with Face unlock feature.

It is priced at PHP 13,999 or USD 263 and comes in two Starry Black and Aurora Red gradient color options. There is no official word if the phone will be launched outside the Philippines or not.
