Honor 8X new Red variant launched with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage in India

Huawei's subsidiary Honor announced mid-range Honor 8X for the Indian buyers back in October this year. At that time the device was announced in two colors Navy Blue and Midnight Black. The base variant has 4GB RAM with 64GB storage, the top-tier variant has 6GB RAM with 64GB storage. Today the company launched a new variant of Honor 8X in Red color with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. This variant will also be exclusively available from November 28th via Amazon India at a price tag of INR 18,999.

Along with the Red variant, the other two colors will also be available with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. The Honor 8X is featuring a metal chassis with glass covering the front and rear side. Just for the sake of reminder, the Honor 8X is featuring a 6.5-inches IPS display with Full HD+ screen resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. The display is protected with the Corning Gorilla Glass 3. Under the hood, the Qualcomm's Snapdragon 710 chipset is on board whereas the Mali-G51 is on board as GPU.

The primary rear snapper is 20MP with f/1.8 aperture whereas the secondary sensor is 2MP. Up front, the selfie snapper is 16MP with f/2.0 aperture. The lights are kept on by a 3,750mAh battery. As OS the device is pre-installed with Android Oreo 8.1 with EMUI 8.2 skin over it.
