Finally, the wait is over for those who are waiting eagerly for the first Android Go phone running on Android Pie. As reported earlier, BLU is the first OEM in the market to announce the first Android Pie running Go phone. The device is dubbed as BLU Vivo Go as it is running on the Android Go version of OS.
Those who are unaware Google announced a lite version of Android OS as Android Go for the entry-level phones with moderate hardware. Despite the fact, the BLU Vivo Go is the pre-installed with the latest flavor of Android OS but the good thing is it is extremely affordable at $80.
Well if you find $80 a bit more, the company is also offering special $20 discount on the promotional flash sales. So better hurry in the flash sales if you are looking to grab BLU Vivo Go phone before the stocks ran out.
In terms of specs, the BLU Vivo Go is featuring a 6-inches LCD display with HD+ screen resolution of 720 x 1440 pixels. The display aspect ratio is 2:1. The company claims the BLU Go screen-to-body ratio is 87% which is certainly impressive considering its an entry-level phone. Under the hood, the MediaTek chipset is powering the phone with max clocking at 1.5Ghz. The quad-core SoC is accompanied with 1GB RAM and 16GB storage.
On the rear side, you will get dual snappers, the primary sensor is 8MP whereas the secondary sensor is 0.3MP VGA module to capture depth-of-field. The dual rear sensors are aligned vertically on the top left corner. Up front the selfie snapper is 5MP. The fingerprint scanner is on the rear side in the center. A 2,600mAh battery is on board to keep its lights on.
