The Japanese giant Sony is getting ready to announce the flagship Xperia XZ4 at the MWC 2019. Recently the company gets the trademark of "CinemaWide" displays which hints the company will be using the name for the XZ4 display which is rumored to have a 21:9 aspect ratio. From the look of the things, the company will also be utilizing the tall display form factor for their mid-range XA lineup phones.
Today the Xperia XA3 alleged official renders appear online which reveals 21:9 display. The bezels around the display are quite minimal. Like the XZ4, the XA3 also have a fingerprint scanner on the right edge. Despite having tall form factor the XA3 still has prominent bezels at the top. The renders also confirm dual snappers on the rear side. The dual sensors single module is placed at the top in the center with LED flashlight right above it.
The renders are exclusively shared by WinFuture and the publication claims the renders depict the final product ahead of the official unveiling. The renders suggest the XA3 will be at least available in Pink, Blue, Black and Silver colors. Usually, the full front-facing displays have a prominent bezel on the bottom but the XA3 has prominent bezel at the top and almost none bezel on the bottom.
Other than the USB-C port on the bottom edge, the XA3 has dual bottom firing speakers. The fingerprint scanner is on the right edge along with volume controllers and power button. The renders only reveal the design details.
From what we heard so far the XA3 will be featuring a 5.9-inches display with Full HD+ screen resolution. Under the hood, the Qualcomm's Snapdragon 660 chipset will be powering the phone with 6GB RAM and 64GB native storage. As OS the device will be pre-installed with Android Pie straight out of the box. Sony is holding the press event on February 25th at the MWC, so we can expect the XA3 launch at the event. Stay tuned, we will keep you updated.
