The Huawei P Smart Z smartphone had surfaced online last week, and it is the company’s first phone with a pop-up selfie camera. The phone has a no-notch design and a two-tone finish on the back which looks like the original Pixel phones.
Now another phone, the Huawei Y9 Prime 2019 has been spotted online, which shows an elevating selfie camera, a notch-less display and a similar two-tone rear design.
The Huawei Y9 Prime 2019 will reportedly come with a triple rear camera setup (16MP + 2MP rear sensors), and an additional 8MP wide-angle shooter with 120-degree field of view. The phone is rumoured to have a front selfie camera as well.
The P Smart Z has been unveiled quietly today and was up for pre-order on Amazon Italy. The handset has a 6.59 inch full-HD+ LCD display, with 91% screen-to-body ratio. Under the hood, the phone is powered by the Kirin 710 12nm chipset with 4GB RAM and 64GB or 128GB onboard storage expandable up to 512GB via a microSD card slot. The phone runs on Android 9.0 Pie with EMUI skin on top. It has a 16MP selfie shooter with f/2.2 aperture and is backed by a 4,000mAh battery. It has sleek dimensions of 63.5 x 77.3 x 8.9mm and weighs 197 grams.
The Y9 Prime 2019 will cost less than $300, however, the rest of the details and specifications of the phone are not available as of now. So stay tuned!
