OnePlus 7 Pro, the latest premium offering from the Chinese company is truly winning some hearts and the proof of the same is getting reflected via its sale numbers. Reportedly, the reservations of the OnePlus 7 Pro have exceeded 1M units in just 5 days in Beijing. The device went up for reservations on May 13 and in just 5 days, the booking volume of this flagship smartphone exceeded 820,000 on the Jingdong platform, while on OnePlus’ official website, the reservations exceeded 220,000. Putting these figures together, the total number of reservations recorded is nearly 1.05M units, which is a huge number.
It’s the display that catches the attention the most and has been a topic of all praises from almost every reviewer and those who have experienced it. The AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate is what making this device to stand out from the rest. Thanks to this display type, the experience is quite fluid and the change looks quite significant the moment you try it. OnePlus is already known for providing a great user experience and the display comes out as an exact match for its beauty and performance. While the device has all the great things, it does struggle in camera quality. Some early reviews have shown that the device with such interesting camera tech struggles to appreciate when compared with smartphones with similar camera configurations. And, this indeed produces a hurdle in our buying decisions.
The OnePlus 7 Pro comes with a triple rear camera setup with a 48MP pixels (IMAX 586) main camera, a 16MP super wide-angle lens, and an 8MP telephoto lens (3X optical zoom, support OIS anti-shake). The camera configuration supports 4K 60fps, FHD 240fps, HD 480fps video recording. It uses a 6.67-inch Samsung custom AMOLED screen with a resolution of 3120x1440 pixels. It’s powered by Snapdragon 855 processor coupled with an 8B RAM, up to 256GB internal storage. The battery capacity is 4,000mAH battery and supports Warp flash charging.
