Razer Phone 2 gets listed on Amazon with dual rear camera, RGB lightning

10 October 2018 2

Razer’s Global Vice-president Chen Xiaoping earlier hinted towards the launch of the Razer Phone 2 while earlier rumors suggested that the phone might come up with a touch-sensitive back panel. While it looks like the time has finally arrived and the phone is on the course of launch, Razer Phone 2 has appeared on Amazon Italy. The phone as it seems from the Amazon listing shows how it looks quite similar to the earlier design, though the new placement of the dual camera grabs the attention.

One of the most interesting features is the RGB backlighting for the logo that could be configured as per liking. Likewise, other changes include Snapdragon 845 chipset powering the gaming phone. The phone as is popular for being a ‘gaming phone’ offers improved cooling through ‘unique vapor chamber’ helping to keep the device running for prolonged gaming sessions.

Coming right to the RAM configuration, Razer Phone 2 offers 8GB RAM and a 64GB storage capacity. Likewise, it offers a 5.72 inch LCD along with a QHD resolution with a refresh rate of 120Hz. Interestingly, Razer feature 120Hz refresh rate last year and this year as well, which is still the leading in this feature, considering how Asus ROG phone still offers 90Hz.

The phone offers wireless charging though we expect that this year’s model comes with a improved battery capacity. Amazon lists Razer 2 for €870. Are you excited for the phone to get officially released later today? Let us know in the comment section below.

How about implementing the SD855 for smoother and better performance. It's not that the 845 won't offer it. But we have a better chip in the market today.
