20 March 2017 0

Android beta testers with smartphone Pixel, Pixel XL, Nexus 5X, Nexus 6P, Pixel C, Nexus Player would be getting Android 7.1.2 update with a build number as NPG471. The update was also announced by Orrin Hancock on Google+ though many other users are also experiencing the update as it is rolled out, though the factory image of the update isn’t live yet.

As per the users that have received the update, we find out that the update features a fingerprint swipe gesture that many fans were asking for since ages, which is also available in other smartphones from Huawei in the previous version of Android too.

The setting can be activated via heading over to the ‘move’ section after getting into phone’s settings.

If it's already with you, do let us know in the comment section below and share what new features you’re experiencing in the update. Previously, the original beta update that was 7.1.2 got released around 2 months ago.
