Realme's much-awaited and rumored notebook Realme Book Slim is now official in India. It is the first time Realme has ventured into the notebook segment. As one would expect, the notebook is packed with specifications and features that one would expect from a modern offering. It also boasts a slim profile which also explains the name of the product.
The Realme Book Slim sports a 14-inch IPS display with 2160 x 1440 pixels resolution. The panel offers a 3:2 aspect ratio, 90% screen-to-body ratio, peak brightness of 400 nits, and 100% sRGB wide color gamut. The notebook is powered by 11th Gen Intel Core i3-1115G4 and Intel Core i5-1135G7 processors with Intel UHD and Intel Iris Xe GPUs respectively.
Both variants of the notebook feature 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM. The onboard storage options include 256GB and 512GB PCIe SSD. The connectivity options include two USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 2 ports, one USB Type-A 3.1 Gen 1 port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a microphone jack. The Core i5 variant also offers Thunderbolt 4 ports with maximum data transfer rate of 40Gbps. It further supports WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1/5.2.
It comes with a 3-level backlit keyboard with 1.3mm key travel and a large multi-touch trackpad. The power button on the notebook also doubles up as a fingerprint scanner. There are Harman Kardon stereo speakers with DTS audio tech support. The whole package is powered by a 54Wh battery claimed to last for up to 11 hours of local video playback. There is a 65W PD Super-Fast charger said to offer up to 50% charging time within 30 minutes. The notebook boots Windows 10 Home out of the box but all buyers will receive a free upgrade to Windows 11.

As part of an introductory offer, Realme is offering a flat INR 2,000 off on both variants. The available color options include Real Blue and Real Grey. The first sale of the notebook will take place on August 30th via Flipkart and Realme's online store.
