19 January 2022 0

Realme is expanding its catalog of notebooks with the launch of Realme Book Enhanced Air. It is a lightweight notebook aimed to deliver performance on the go. It is claimed to weigh just 1.39 kilograms with a maximum thickness of 14.9mm. This should make it relatively more convenient to carry around than other notebooks.

The Realme Book Enhanced Air sports a 14-inch IPS display with 2160 x 1440 pixels resolution. The panel has a 3:2 aspect ratio, 400 nits of peak brightness, and supports a 100% sRGB color gamut. Under the hood, it has the 11th Gen Intel Core i5-11320H processor that can be clocked as high as 4.5GHz. There is Intel Xe GPU, 16GB LPDDR4X RAM, and 512GB NVMe SSD storage.

The connectivity options include a Thunderbolt 4 connector, a USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 2 port, a USB Type-A 3.1 Gen 1 port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, Bluetooth, and WiFi 6. The notebook's power button doubles up as a fingerprint scanner and it has a backlit keyboard with a large touchpad.

It is powered by a 54Wh battery that can be charged using the 65W PD adapter that comes bundled. The Realme Book Enhanced Air will boot Windows 11 out of the box. It is priced at CNY 4,699 (about $740) for the sole 16GB/512GB configuration variant. The available color options include Sky Blue and Island Grey.
