Xiaomi has launched the new Xiaomi Notebook Pro 120G laptop for the Indian market. It is the third release in the lineup and joins the existing Notebook Pro and Notebook Ultra. The newest model comes with the latest specifications and features as it is the company's first 2022 launch in the laptop segment. There is another variant called Notebook Pro 120 which is identical except that it has an integrated GPU.
The Xiaomi Notebook Pro 120G sports a 14-inch Mi TrueLife Display with 2560 x 1600 pixels resolution. The panel supports up to 120Hz refresh rate, 16:10 aspect ratio, 100% sRGB wide color gamut, and DC dimming. It is powered by the 12th gen Intel Core i5-12450H processor with 16GB LPDDR5 RAM. The 120G variant comes with NVIDIA GeForce MX550 GPU and the standard 120 variant has integrated Intel UHD graphics.
The notebook comes with 512GB PCIe 4.0 SSD storage. Its connectivity options include a USB 3.2 Type-C Gen 2 port, a Thunderbolt 4 port, a USB 3.1 Type-A Gen 1 port, an HDMI 2.0 port, and a combo audio jack. There is a 3-level backlit keyboard with Scissors Mechanism and 1.3mm deep key travel. Other key features are a 720p webcam, a fingerprint scanner on the power button, dual 2W stereo speakers, and DTS audio app support.
It has a 56Wh battery to keep the lights on. It comes bundled with a 100W USB Type-C adapter which is capable of charging up to 50% within 35 minutes. The notebook will boot Windows 11 out of the box. Xiaomi has priced the Notebook Pro 120G at INR 74,999 (about $942) and the Notebook Pro 120 at INR 69,999 (about $880) in India. Both variants will be available for purchase starting September 20th.
