As we are getting closer to the first Honor foldable launch, we have started seeing more and more leaks surface. The latest leak from MySmartPrice is the biggest one. It not only reveals Honor Magic V renders but also detailed all the crucial specifications. It obtained these details through Ishan Agarwal, a well-known tipster with a credible track record.
Starting with Honor Magic V renders, the foldable is shown in the foldable state but from the backside. One can see the external display with a centered punch-hole. There is a triple rear camera setup with a dual-tone LED flash. It will be available in Orange, White, and Black colors as per the leak. It adds that the Orange one will have a faux leather finish and the other two will have a glass back panel.
The Honor Magic V is tipped to sport a 6.45-inch Full HD+ (2560 x 1080 pixels) OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 431ppi pixel density on the outside. The inner panel is a 7.9-inch OLED with 2272 x 1984 pixel resolution with a 90Hz refresh rate and 381ppi pixel density. The choice of processor will be Qualcomm's Snap 8 Gen 1 with Adren 730 GPU. It will boot Magic UI 6 based on Android 12.
The phone reportedly has 12GB/256GB and 12GB/512GB configuration options. The triple camera setup will have a 50-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.9 aperture, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor with f/2.2 aperture, and a 50-megapixel spectrum enhanced camera with f/2.0 aperture. The front camera will be a 42-megapixel sensor with an f/2.4 aperture. The battery capacity is tipped to be 4,750mAh with 66W fast charging.
