Realme has a launch event scheduled for September 9th where it will announce a bunch of products. The main stars of the event will be two smartphones, Realme 8s and Realme 8i, and its first-ever Android tablet Realme Pad. The upcoming tablet has been a part of the rumors and leaks but as the launch is getting closer, we have started to come across official teasers.
A dedicated teaser page has been set up on the official Realme website as well as exclusive online sales partner Flipkart. It reveals that Realme Pad will sport a 10.4-inch WUXGA (2000 x 1200 pixels) Fullscreen display. It is said to deliver an 82.5% screen-to-body ratio for an immersive media consumption experience. The company is touting "Impressive Razor-thin bezel & wide display" with the tablet.
Another thing that Realme is highlighting about the Realme Pad is its slimness. The tablet is said to measure only 6.9mm in thickness that makes it slimmer than the "competition". The teaser page adds that more details about the tablet will be shared on September 8th i.e.just one day before the launch.
If we go by rumors, the Realme Pad will offer an 8-megapixel sensor on the back as well as the front. There are expected to be 4GB and 6GB RAM models with at least 64GB of onboard storage. The choice of processor is tipped to be the MediaTek Helio G80 and the software experience to be Android 11. There is speculated to be a USB Type-C port and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
