Realme has launched its third Android tablet Realme Pad X in China. The tablet joins the Realme Pad and Realme Pad Mini in the catalog which has also expanded to global markets. This is the biggest display tablet from Realme so far. It also comes with virtual RAM support as we have seen with various smartphones.
The Realme Pad X sports an 11-inch display with a 2K resolution and 5:3 aspect ratio. The panel has a peak brightness of 450 nits which should be good enough. Under the hood, it is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor coupled with 4GB and 6GB of RAM. The onboard storage options include 64GB and 128GB. The tablet supports virtual RAM functionality where 5GB of storage space can be utilized to get up to 11GB of virtual RAM.
The tablet features a 13-megapixel single camera on the back panel. The front camera is an 8-megapixel wide-angle sensor featuring a 105-degree field of view. The whole package is powered by an 8,340mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging. It will boot Realme UI 3.0 for Pad out of the box.
Other noteworthy features include Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res Audio support. The Realme Pad X is priced at CNY 1,299 (about $193) for the 4GB/64GB model and at CNY 1,599 (about $238) for the 6GB/128GB model. It will go on pre-orders starting June 10th with sales beginning a couple of days later. The available color options include Bright Green Chessboard, Sea Salt Blue, and Star Grey.
