Oppo A7 with 16MP selfie camera to go official on November 22 | Report

The Chinese giant Oppo is all set to announce another mid-range A7 phone for the Chinese market. The device is in rumors from the past few weeks. As per the latest info, the device is expected to be announced on November 22. Like other A-lineup phones, the A7 will be a mid-range offering from Oppo. From what we know so far the A7 will have a 6.2-inches display. It's an LCD display with a waterdrop notch and HD+ screen resolution of 720 x 1520 pixels.

Under the hood, the Qualcomm's Octa-core Snapdragon 450 chipset will be powering the device. The base variant has 3GB RAM with 32GB storage whereas the top of the line model will have 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. Its native storage can be further expanded via MicroSD.

The primary rear snapper is 13MP whereas the secondary sensor is 2MP. The dual rear cameras are aligned horizontally on the top left corner with LED flashlight. Up front, you will find a 16MP selfie snapper. The fingerprint scanner is on the rear side below the dual sensors. A 4,230mAh battery is on board to keep its lights on.

Those who are unaware the A7 is expected to be rebranded version of Realme 2 which was recently announced for the Indian market. The first prominent difference is that A7 has 16MP selfie snapper whereas the Realme 2 comes with an 8MP sensor on the front. The A7 is expected to be available in a number of colors including Glace Blue and Glaring Gold.

The company yet to confirm November 22 launch date of A7 that's why we will recommend to take it with a grain of salt. The A7 is expected to be announced at 1,599 Yuan for the Chinese buyers. As the alleged launch is still a few good days away, we can expect more details will appear in coming days, Stay tuned.
