The Huawei's subsidiary Honor is gearing to announce the flagship Honor 20 series on May 21st. The dedicated launch event will be held in London. Ahead of the official announcement the company releases teaser which indicates the Honor 20 lineup will have quad cameras setup on the rear side.
Apart from the official account, the tipster @rodent950 also shared a couple of posters. The latest teaser and posters confirm Honor 20 will be adorned with four snappers. There are two posters of a model with four piercing on ear and lips. The arrange of piercings showcase the arrangement of quad rear cameras in L shape. Unlike the P30 lineup, both Honor 20 and Honor 20 Pro are expected with quad rear sensors.
One of the posters showcases captures shots in four bubbles which provides us a good hint regarding what to expect from the camera sensors. The first shot is captured using the primary normal lens. The secondary wide-angle shot is captured using an ultra wide-angle sensor. The third bubble showcases the dewdrops in close which means we can expect the macro lens as the third sensor. Last but not the least four sensors on the rear will be a telephoto sensor with optical zoom. The close zoom indicates the optical zoom prowess of the Honor 20 series.
From what we heard so far the primary snapper on the Honor 20 will be a 48MP module with f/1.8 aperture. It will be a 4-in-1 light sensor which captures by default 12MP shots. The Superwide angle sensor will be a 16MP module with an f/2.2 aperture and 117 degrees field of view. The third macro snapper will be a 2MP module with an f/2.4 aperture. Last but not the least there will be a 2MP telephoto module with f/2.4 aperture. The camera setup on the Honor 20 Pro will be also similar.
