Vivo has seen significant success with its Y-series of smartphones. It already has a number of models available in the lineup and as per a new report, the team is gearing up for announcing two new additions. These are said to be the Vivo Y12 and Vivo Y15 with an almost similar set of specifications for the most part.
The report reveals that both Vivo Y12 and Y15 sport a 6.3-inch HD+ (1544 x 720 pixels) IPS LCD display and 19.3:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, both will come with an octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 processor. While the Y15 is said to offer only one variant with 4GB/64GB configuration, the Y12 will have two configuration variants with 3GB/32GB and 4GB/64GB.
There will be a triple rear camera setup on both the smartphones. These include a 13-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel wide-angle sensor, and a 2-megapixel sensor. The front camera will be of 16-megapixel on the Y15 and 8-megapixel on Y12. The battery capacity will be 5,000mAh for both devices and unfortunately, no fast charging support.
There are no words on the Vivo Y12 and Vivo Y15 pricing and availability details yet. These phones are said to get official in the near future and we will keep you updated on the same.
