It’s confirmed that the upcoming series from Realme is going to be the Realme 5 and it’s coming on August 20. Now, further details on the Pro model of the series have surfaced, courtesy of a new yet reliable tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore. He has spilled the key details of the device via his tweet.
According to what has been tipped, the Realme 5 Pro is powered by Snapdragon 712 processor, has 48MP Sony IMX586 primary sensor out of the four rear cameras. It’s going to have an AMOLED display with a waterdrop notch. The screen size of the device isn’t mentioned, though. It will include an in-display fingerprint scanner as well. Alongside the 48MP main sensor, the device is also expected to include an ultrawide angle camera and a macro lens. The Snapdragon 712 processor is a slight upgrade in performance over the Snapdragon 710 that powers the Realme 3 Pro.

Note that this isn’t the much-hyped 64MP camera smartphone from Realme. That smartphone is promised to come before October 27. Currently, Realme is planning on launching the successor to Realme 3 which is going to be the Realme 5 series.
Realme 5 series is slated to launch on August 20 which means we aren’t too far from witnessing the new affordable yet powerful series from Realme.
