OnePlus has so far preferred bringing its smartphones to India after their global announcements. This is now appearing to be changing as a new leak claims that OnePlus 7T Pro global launch will take place on September 26th in India followed by the U.S. and European launch events on October 10th i.e. about two weeks later.
The leak has been shared by reliable tipster Max J. (@Samsung_News_) who previously claimed the launch date to be October 15th. Even though the claim was refuted by another report soon after, his latest leak mentions that the date is actually meant for the time when the upcoming flagship will go on sale.

The OnePlus 7T Pro will be an incremental upgrade over the currently available OnePlus 7 Pro. It is part of the OnePlus' strategy to release two flagship models in a year although, technically, it will be third or maybe even fourth model of 2019. This is because OnePluse CEO Pete Lau has already confirmed that they will release a new 5G phone by the end of the year. It is not confirmed whether this new phone is the OnePlus 7T Pro or a completely different device altogether.
As for the differences between OnePlus 7 Pro and OnePlus 7T Pro, the details are almost negligible at the moment. But it is highly likely to come with Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 855 Plus processor. Other changes could be related to improved camera performance and battery backup. A recent leak did claim that there are no significant changes between the two smartphones when it comes to the product design aspect.
