It is officially confirmed that Huawei Mate 30 lineup of smartphones and EMUI 10 global version will be unveiled on September 19th in Munich, Germany. The lineup will include three phones named Mate 30, Mate 30 Pro, and Mate 30 Lite. As we are around one week away from the launch, a new leak revealing complete Mate 30 Pro specifications has surfaced online.
The Huawei Mate 30 Pro is claimed to sport a 6.6-inch to 6.8-inch Full HD+ (2400 x 1176 pixels) Waterfall AMOLED display. The refresh rate is unknown but some reports have suggested it to be 60Hz. Under the hood, it will have an octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 990 5G processor which was unveiled at recently held IFA 2019 event. It is listed with one configuration i.e. 8GB of RAM with 512GB internal storage but there are likely to be more options.
The back panel will be housing a quad rear camera setup with a 40-megapixel Sony IMX600 primary sensor and f/1.6 aperture. It will be accompanied by a 40-megapixel wide cine camera, an 8-megapixel telephoto camera with f/2.4 aperture, and a ToF sensor. There will be a color temperature sensor and Xenon flash. The front panel is said to have three cameras with a 32-megapixel primary selfie shooter, an ultrawide sensor, and a ToF sensor.
The whole package is claimed to be powered by a 4,500mAh battery with 40W SuperCharge fast charging support. Other listed features include Huawei Face ID 2.0, optical in-display fingerprint scanner, USB Type-C port, under-display earpiece speaker, and bottom-firing mono speaker. It is said to run EMUI 10 based on Android 10 but without any Google apps and services which we reported recently as well.
