UPDATE (November 6th, 2019):
The well-known tipster Evan Blass (@evleaks) has now shared a render showing the upcoming Huawei Nova 6 5G in Red color variant. The render corroborates things we have heard in previous reports and leaks. It means you can see the pill-shaped punch hole for housing dual selfie cameras. On the back, it has a vertically aligned triple camera setup.

Huawei has been using punch-hole display panels on Nova-series smartphones since the release of Nova 4. We saw the trend continued with the Nova 5 family but for the next-generation, Huawei is set to follow the same front design but with a slight change. A new 91Mobiles leak claims that the Huawei Nova 6 5G smartphone will be launched with a dual punch-hole display.
The leaked renders show Huawei Nova 6 5G with a pill-shaped punch-hole on the top left corner. It houses dual selfie cameras and looks exactly like what we saw with the Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus. This will be the first time the Nova series will feature two front cameras. While details about these sensors are unknown at the moment, it would be great if one of the cameras is a wide-angle sensor for wider selfies.
It is said to have a glass sandwich design which means you will get glass on the backside as well. The back panel has a gradient finish that has become a common practice among smartphone makers. There are a total of three cameras on the back which is aligned vertically. It may have a 3D ToF sensor for calculating the distance of the subject but it is not confirmed yet.
Lastly, it will be a 5G compatible smartphone and hence the name Nova 6 5G. It is currently known to arrive in the Blue color variant but there could be more options as well. It is expected to get official as early as December 2019 but nothing is confirmed yet.
