Oppo Find X2, the company’s next major high-end phone is apparently not coming alone and will be joined by a Pro model as well. The Find X2 has been into rumors for a while now and the company’s Vice President has also shared a couple of key details of the same but we haven’t had heard anything about the Pro model. It is only now that we are learning its existence through Thailand’s NBTC website.
The certification lists two models and how we know the other listing is belonging to the Find X2 Pro? This is because it is written right on the listing, though we don’t know if it is going to launch on the same day. Well, whatever it will be, the certification is posing a confirmation that a Pro model does exist. However, the listing doesn’t reveal anything and we would rather need to rely on the speculations and leaks for now.
OPPO Find X2 will use WQHD + 120Hz screen and 65W SuperVOOC charge. It is said that it only takes 35 minutes to fully charge.— Ice universe (@UniverseIce) January 29, 2020
Going by a tweet from renowned tipster Ice Universe, we can tell that the Find X2 will include support for 65W SuperVOOC fast-charging which will be able to charge the device to full in just 35 minutes. The tipster also reiterates that the Find X2 has a 120Hz refresh rate and WQHD (1440p) display as well, though 65W fast-charging support is something new we are learning today.
The screen on #OPPOFindX2 will still be a key focus for the device along with a lot of other industry leading features.— Brian Shen (@BrianShenYiRen) January 7, 2020
That’s all I can say for now, but let me know any questions below.
Stay tuned. 👀
Brian Shen, the company’s VP has been teasing about the Oppo Find X2. He even stated in one of his tweets that the Oppo Find X2 screen will be a key focus for the device along with a lot of other industry-leading features. So, this explains the WQHD with 120Hz support. And, the 65W SuperVOOC fast-charging support could be one of those industry-leading features.
Shen even confirmed that it is “unlikely that we will see an under-screen camera in the Oppo Find X2.” So, while the Find X2 will continue the legacy of the original Find X of being a truly bezel-less phone, it may not attain the advanced tech to achieve such a profile.

To fuel the hype on the Find X2 even further, he posted a tweet a few days back where he said that he got his hands-on with the Opo Find X2 and the screen is second to none.
