The app allows users to connect with Samsung and third-party devices. Users can see what’s in their fridge from the grocery store or leave a note for the kids on the whiteboard, and much more.
Consumers can easily manage their food via the View Inside app which allows them to see inside the fridge from anywhere. The next-gen Family hub comes with a new Meal Planner feature that provides recipes based on food preference.
Become more organized
The Family Hub allows consumers to become more organized, as well as share calendars, photos, and notes with their family members using Bixby. The Family Hub recognizes individual voices and gives personalized information based on preferences.
Apart from this Family hub offers TV and music options which allows more socializing with family and friends. Users can access millions of songs, get live radio apps, as well as mirror their Samsung Smart TV1. It comes with AKG Premium Quality Sound Speaker for excellent sound quality as well as allows users to stream content from their smartphones.
Samsung has tied up with a number of companies including HomeAdvisor, Pinterest, The Weather Company, and Buzzfeed’s to enhance consumers kitchen experience. Samsung’s next-gen Family Hub will be available this spring.
“Since Family Hub’s introduction in 2016, consumers have embraced it as their home’s digital command center to help manage food, family, and fun. We’ve been listening closely to current users and created a new Family Hub that’s even smarter and more advanced than before,” said John Herrington, Senior Vice President, General Manager of Home Appliances, Samsung Electronics America. “The integration of Bixby and SmartThings into the Family Hub is bringing a new level of intelligent connectivity into the room where people spend the most time: the kitchen.”
